18th annual BikerFest | September 8-12, 2020 CANCELLED

"Southern Indiana's Best Old School Biker Party"

Bill Monroe Music Park at the direction of the Brown County Health Department has just announced that they have cancelled all events & festivals at the park for the remainder of the year including this year's Bean Blossom Bikerfest.

We have worked hard to bring you the best fest yet, but understand the position and the decision of the park and the health department. We are just as disappointed as you are.

We take the health of our staff, volunteers, bikerfest fans, and performers seriously and feel that the decision is in the best interest of everyone involved.

Tickets: all Bikerfest admission tickets will be refunded minus the service charges. Please be patient as we begin the process, it may take us some time.

Golf Cart Rentals: will be refunded through the online ticketing source where you rented the golf carts from, this should take 4-6 business days.

If you have an existing campsite/cabin reservation for the cancelled 2020 Bean Blossom BikerFest, you have two options....

1. You can still come and camp on the festival dates at the park with your existing camping reservation. If you choose this option, please complete the online form by midnight Tuesday, August 18 - click here to view and complete the form.

2. If you do not keep your current reservation, you will automatically be issued a campground credit AND Bill Monroe Music Park will rollover your existing camping reservation to the 2021 dates should the festival happen and when they are announced.

You may also choose to use your credits at any time based on availability, all credits are valid through December 31, 2021. Your credit can be used for campsites, firewood, ice, and any merchandise in their camp store during your camping stay.

Bill Monroe Music Park will give all current reservation holders first notification of the new 2021 festival dates via email, you will have 30 days from the date of the email to respond. Their reservation system does not automatically handle rollovers, and they will do their best to give everyone their same spot.

Please remember that if you keep your current reservation for 2020, the campground is open to the public and all current campground rules and regulations will be in effect. This will not be a Bikerfest weekend, there will be families camping throughout the park and we ask that everyone camping be respectful of the other campers.

Thank you for your patience, we understand your frustrations, these are definitely different times..we look forward to seeing you in 2021.
