MG & The Gas City Three

MG & the Gas City 3 is a band based in Northern Indiana.
Their sound is an abrasive, yet melodic blend of punk rock, rockabilly and garage. With raunchy rhythm sections and chunky guitar tones, the group channels the grit of artists like Social Distortion and The New York Dolls, with the antics of groups such as The Cramps or Reverend Horton Heat, only to mention a few.

MG & the Gas City 3 have released a handful of projects inspired by alternative and punk. However, they’ve been broadening their sonic horizon to welcome influences as diverse as classic rock and outlaw country. As a result, their formula is becoming less streamlined and more unpredictable, making for a broader creative scope.

Throughout the span of the past 8 years, MG & the Gas City 3 had the opportunity to perform extensively, and even appear in a 2012 SYFY Channel original flick, where they were featured in a cameo, as well as contributing to the soundtrack of the film.

MG & The Gas City Three is the perfect band to open the stage on Saturday at this year's Bean Blossom Bikerfest! Saturday is our day for Rock and Roll!
